The room: the room is a spacious double with great views over Brighton. The room is unfurnished, however Tash is happy to sell her wardrobe, bedside table and drawers (all around 3 months old) for £100. The rent is £390 (bills not included) and the room is a double.
The house: the house is within walking distance of London Road station and Preston Park station. It's a nice bright house, with a garden and free parking.
Housemates: the remaining housemates are Jack, who like me is 23 and works 9-5 in Haywards Heath, and Brianna who is 20 and works in Brighton. We're a friendly and social bunch, so we're after someone who isn't going to hide in their room all day!
