Hi everyone!
I will soon be leaving this gorgeous house on Clifton Road in Seven Dials, just 5min away from the station.
The room is very big and light, on the top floor, so with views of the South Downs. You will be sharing with three other happy housemates, all professionals in their late twenties/ early thirties. They are very laid-back, independent but enjoy catching up in the kitchen and have a laugh. Gorgeous property with large leaving room and garden at the back. Will suit somebody who is likewise laid-back and happy, between 25 and 35 years-old.
The rent is £550 (bills come to about £100 per month). Our landlord is a very nice charming person.
