Double Room In A Beautiful Sea View Flat

Hi there,

We have a spacious furnished double room available from mid December in a lovely, two level flat; in a nice, quiet area in Brighton Marina. The lounge has sea views and a large balcony overlooking the Marina. The flat has four rooms and three bathrooms (two rooms are en-suite). We also have a garage for bike storage. Monthly rent is £450 plus roughly £100 for all bills (including WiFi and Sky TV).

Although we like to enjoy ourselves during the weekends, we also work hard during the weekdays and are looking for someone with similar work schedule (as we like our sleep during the week! :-)).

Currently we have a 2 guys and 2 girls all late twenties/early thirties professionals staying in the flat (no couples). One of the guys is moving out (returning to NZ) so we are looking for a male house mate to replace him to keep the balance. We are looking for young professionals (25- 35) who are clean, tidy and respect the other housemates. No students (sorry!).

Rent is paid direct to the landlord (no agency).
