Double room available in lovely Seven Dials home
We are looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely Seven Dials house. We are three 30’s professionals (two guys, one girl) looking for a fairly relaxed, professional female (to keep the balance!), ideally in her thirties, who is interested in living in a nice home. We would also prefer someone looking for a longer let. It is a sociable and friendly house – we do cook and enjoy a glass of wine together – though equally everybody enjoys their independence.
The house is set over four floors with a large basement kitchen leading up to a large ground floor lounge. The bathroom (which has both a bath and a shower) and a toilet and two bedrooms occupy the first floor, with a further two bedrooms on the second. The available pictured room is on the first level. We also have a garden and lots of storage space. The room is a good sized double and the rent is £465 plus bills, which are around £100 pcm. There will of course also be some agency fees involved, to add the new person to the contract.
