Available now for viewings but all paperwork (tenancy agreement, guarantor etc.) needs to be done via the letting agents before you can move in. You will also need to pay a £500 deposit and a month's rent in advance plus £180 in agency fees prior to moving in. The agency requires any new tenant to be able to provide a guarantor who is also a UK homeowner.
