Situated on Park View Terrace between Preston Park and the popular Seven Dials Its just down the road from the city centre and right next to London Road and Preston Park train stations.
The street is really quiet and offers lots of parking. There are so many cool bars and cafes around here, its a great place to live. Its also close to Preston Park so you can go for a jog if that's your thing.
The flat is being decorated and is kitted out with Dish washer, Washing Machine and a Massive living / dining room. Though it may be on the more expensive side it is well worth it for the location and the quality of the flat.
About me - I run my own t-shirt business. Ideally I'd like to live with another creative between 25 and 35. I have a whippet called Scampi - the greatest dog! He doesn't make any noise or smell and is very friendly and loving... dog walkers welcome!
