Huge double room available within friendly shared house.

It comes fully furnished. The house is split into two, with a self contained basement flat, but a shared living room.

The room advertised is in the upstairs part of the house, which has a big living room and a kitchen with a table in it that everyone can sit round.

There are 2 bathrooms and a garden at the back of the house.

The room is on the top floor of the house, it has an absolutely enormous window, and is really light and airy.

I am sadly moving out, but would like someone friendly, tidy and respectful to replace me.

No students please, because of council tax.

It is a private landlord, so there are no agency fees. 2 references are required though, and smoking is absolutely not permitted.
