Urgent - roommate/couple needed asap!

Gorgeous house not far from churchill square. We are a couple that were going in with two lovely girls (Mary and Maria) to this 3 bed place but unfortunately have had to back out due to leaving the Country! They are due to sign with the agent on 25th November so would like to get someone sorted as soon as possible.
Rent is 550 plus bills and will also need agency fees of 180 and 6 weeks deposit split between you. Also one months rent up front.
The place is really nice and we are gutted to be missing out so get in fast. It is mostly furnished you will just need a bed!
