Room in 2 bed Flat brighton garden/parking

Looking for a lodger in my top floor two bed flat. It's very good location for Brighton town or Lewes and walking distance to the Universities. The room is furnished and has a double bed with authopedic mattress - so you would sleep in extreme comfort! Also I have sky and internet and washing/drying machine.

I'm mainly interested in having short term lets, mature students, or Monday-Friday, as i'm used to living on my own and not planning on a long term flatmate. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and nice open kitchen space to cook in with stable doors that leads down to the garden. On the street parking is also available outside the flat. I Recently bought this flat and I love living here. I am friendly but also like my own space. Not a clean fanatic but I like things to look nice and be tidish and comfortable.
