We've got a large double en-suite bedroom available in our home, which is close to Preston Park in Brighton. Its a short (5mins) walk to Preston Park train station, and plenty of bus routes stop just around the corner. There's also free on-street parking for cars.

The house is a big period property, with large landscaped gardens; and is behind electric gates. There's a large garden, plenty of outdoor space; and a hot-tub.

On the ground floor there's a spacious contemporary kitchen, with breakfast bar & attached conservatory/dining room; also a large lounge with wood burning fire, downstairs toilet, home office and reception/entrance hall.

Upstairs are 4 double bedrooms, some of which are ensuite; and a large family bathroom.

The available room is a big light spacious double, and comes furnished with double bed & mattress, bedside tables, triple wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a tv/entertainment unit. Furniture is in excellent condition and is very good quality. The room also has en-suite facilities; which have recently been re-tiled.

All bills are included in the rent & there's unlimited high-speed wireless broadband throughout.

The lads (plus a friendly staffie dog!) who live here are all working professionals. Our new lodger should be working full time in a permanent job, have experience of living in a shared house; and understand that people want their own space after a long day at work.

The lads who live here are all gay, so whatever your sexuality, you need to be comfortable with that.

We're not looking for couples, students, or females. The room is only available for 6 months (up to February 2017), as we are moving out of Brighton next year; so it's suitable for someone wanting to find their feet in the area, before committing to their own place long-term. The monthly rent is negotiable for the right person.
