Huge double bedroom available in Brighton

I've decided to take a gap year from Uni so unfortunately need to find someone to take my room. It is a huge double bedroom on its own seperate floor at the top of the house, its also the biggest bedroom in the house with an amazing view over Brighton. The house has a huge morden kitchen, front room, conservatory and garden. My 3 housemates are second year girls studying Criminology + Psychology, Primary Education and English and Media and are the nicest girls you could meet, they are looking for a girl to take the room. The house is just off of Coombe Road, right near the big Sainsburys and a short walk to mouslecoombe campus. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and buses come every couple of minutes in to town and to the other campuses. The rent it £498. 50 per month excluding bills which work out to be around £9 a week. The agent is SJ properties who require a £650 damage deposit which will be returned in August when the contract ends as long as their is no damage to the room and £150 agency fees.
