Urgent Roomate Wanted! Very Friendly House, No Age

Hello there room searches........Urgently needing room-mate to move in straight away, No agency fees private let.
So to get started I'm Adam and my room-mate is Jake, we have a room available as sadly are third room-mate is leaving us.
I am 29yrs a full time music student studying Music and Song writing which I love! More about me, I am in a band, I do yoga and meditation and have a slight movie addiction specially any 80s movie! Breakfast Club, Goonies. I'm a big outdoors fan, hiking, camping etc so if your the same that would be great.....roomate bonding camping trips ha.
Jakes is a full time barrista, very much into his music also, he play's the ukulele. He has worked festivals throughout the summer for the past 4 years. He's adventurous, love's to travel and loves talking about travelling just as much.
We have a good sized double room available in a maisonette 10 minute walk from town just off ditching road on hollingbury road. It has a nice view of the gardens, comes with a wardrobe already in and a bed. Looking for male or female, we are gay friendly, vegetarian, vegan friendly.....open minded house!
Now we have a very friendly house going, we like to eat together and cook regular Sunday dinners for each other. Think growing up watching ''Friends'' we've kind of followed that vibe. As we have early starts most days it not a party house, but do enjoy friends over for food and drinks. We like to keep it clean and tidy and share these duties. So we are looking for someone that is looking for a HOME not just a room!! and wants to be friends with their room-mates :).
