Room available in 2 bedroom flat

I am moving out of my room in my lovely flat near lewes road Sainsbury's.

The living room is furnished but there is plenty of room to put your stamp on it to make it your home. The girl you would be living with is lovely and has a dog named Apple and we would be open to considering another dog if it gets on with her.

The room is a small double but currently fits a king sized bed with room to breath. (The pictures do not do it justice I apologise)

I am posting this advert on my flatmates behalf but she is friendly and easy to live with and would obviously like for people who might be interested to pop round to view the flat and have a chat to see if you both feel you'd get on.

The rent is £375 per month plus around £100 including bills and council tax (students are obviously welcome as long as you are happy to pay £25 per month towards council tax - just as a heads up)

(The room is unfurnished but as I am moving in with my partner I will be leaving my bed and possibly some other bits which you are welcome to for free)
