Hello! We have a beautiful, bright room available to rent from 10th January in a 4 person house share in east Brighton. We’re a mix of guys and girls and we're looking for students to take the room for council tax reasons.
We’re 2 minutes from the seafront and the Marina, and there’s a Co-op and bus stop (10 minutes into the centre of town) round the corner.
The unfurnished room is really special with wooden floors and a non-working fireplace. The bathroom has just been retiled and there’s a shared kitchen with a gas hob. We also have a garden and patio out the back.
Rent is £325 per month and with wifi, electricity and gas it works out at £350-375 per month. The deposit is £487. 50.
