Double room for rent

Hi there, I'm Beckie, a 26 year old professional with a good size double room for rent in a 2 bedroom maisonette in the Fiveways area of Brighton.

I'm looking for a female house mate (landlords have asked for ideally a key worker) to share the flat with. I'm easy going, clean, tidy and social and looking for the same in a house mate and want whoever moves in to really feel at home here!

The flat is in a great location, 20-30 minutes walk into town, there is a bus stop opposite and a few train stations close. The motorway is also close by. They have just introduced parking permits to the area which are £120 for the year although that is halved if you have a low emissions car. You can also buy permits for 3 and 6 months.

The flat is over 2 floors- large lounge/dining area, shared bathroom and kitchen on the 1st floor. Your room will be upstairs with a small storage room also. There is also a small patio garden out the back, perfect for summer!

So down to the numbers. The rent is £400 a month, bills not included. The landlords have asked for a £200 deposit and as they are private landlords no fees! The contract is 6 months rolling. The room will also be unfurnished.
