Cozy home to share in central location!

I'm looking for someone to share a cozy, top floor, 2 bedroom flat with me, as my previous flatmate is moving out! It has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, hall area, bathroom, a small kitchen and views over the dome and north lanes. As it's location is really central, you can walk everywhere from here!

The bills usually come up to £80-85 monthly per person plus every 3 months there's gas and electricity which depends on usage but it has been from £40-80 per person. Also as the flat is through an agency there's some fees to pay when making the contract which is for 6 months.

I'm originally from Finland but I have lived in London for around 5 years and in Brighton for a couple years. I'm a vegetarian but don't mind meat eaters. During the week I like to chill at home and craft, read, listen to music, watch films etc. Usually I do more in the weekends, go out to town, to gigs, different happenings etc. I still travel to London quite a bit and to Ireland as much as I can to see my girlfriend.

I'm looking for someone who'd be chill like me but would pick up after themselves and keep the place reasonably tidy. I'd like someone who'd respect each others spaces but would wanna have hang outs in the living room with mates too! As my previous flatmate is taking quite a bit with her there's plenty of room to make the place yours as much as it's mine!

(sorry I don't have pics of the bedrooms! The space that is living room now is actually one of the rooms! And the real living room is much bigger but in my flatmates use at this moment!)
