Flatmate is needed in a friendly house!

Hello there, we are a couple, Jeff and Marianna(both in our 30's) who are looking for a flatmate to rent the larger room of our flat. We both work crazy shifts as we are barman and waitress and our days off are usually Monday and Tuesday.

We are looking for a professional male to stay over for just under 2 months (the room need to be empty but the end of November).This is because we are about to travel for few months, so a friend of ours will take over the whole flat. There is a possibility that you could stay with him after we leave.
We are coming back in May, so if this is the case, the room price obviously will change as you guys will be sharing the flat by yourselves.
At the moment though, let's put it straight, me and my boyfriend are looking for someone to move in immediately.

The tenant must be clean, respect the common areas and basically care about the flat.
White goods are available in the property, internet access and the flat consists of 2 double rooms, a bathroom, hallway, kitchen, storage area above the kitchen and a cozy living-dining room.

The available room is looking on the front of the building towards the park and is fully furnished(desk, chair, armchair, single wardrobe and a double bed.

The rent is £535/pcm all bills included and
£535 deposit is required.

By the way, this is not a party house.
