I have a double room to rent to a reliable, friendly and fairly sedate someone. I picture that someone probably being a post graduate student or professional and that they would want to stay for a few months at least, but I'm open to persuasion.
It's a short walk to the stations (Brighton or London Road)
The room is a decent size with basic furnishings and I have broadband etc. It's a 3 bed house, with only me rattling around in it.
There is also a cat to deal with, she's pretty new on the scene, but she's VERY friendly.
