Lovely Female profesional wanted for five ways

Hi there ,

We are looking for a housemate to come and share our lovely home in the five ways area .
The current housemates Katie and Emma have lived in the house for five years and more there both bubbley and out going.
Emma works for a Starbucks franchise as a barista and enjoys cooking ,watching film and is learning spiritual healing .
Katie is a Telephone fundraiser and enjoys music ,hanging out with friends and has a love for guinia pigs .
We enjoy movie nights together and some times meals Emma a a trained chef so there are some times little treats in the kitchen .
We want whoever moves in to really treat it as a home and put there own stamp on it ,Its not a party house ,we do like having a drink together but also like our own space .

The room thats available a back bedroom it's a nice size double unfurnished with a adorable antique wardrobe with stunning views of hollingdean and surrounding brighton area fireworks displays look amazing from our living room and back bedrooms
The rent is £475 inclusive of bills
plus we all pay together £13 for tv licence and high speed internet .
The room is available from the 1st Febuary and we would love a friendly bubbley female to come and join us ,it would be lovely to hear from anyone interested and have a chat .
