Double room for 411£ pcm (tenancy ends end August)

Bills come up to about 20£ a month. I've paid for Wi-Fi till March (was 31£ for 5 months I think) so you really will be looking at 430£ a month in total monthly plus a 600£ deposit.

There's a fully equipped kitchen (RECENTLY RENOVATED WITH 3 FRIDGES AND DISHWASHER) with a washing machine and tv room (FRESHLY PAINTED)with big comfy couches and PS which the guys use some evenings.
1 bathroom (FRESHLY PAINTED) has bathtub+toilet+sink (which is on your floor so you'll use and share with 1 other)
1 bathroom upstairs has shower+toilet+sink which the 4 guys upstairs usually use.

The house is off Lewes road. Bus stop is 3 mins away (Lewes Road Garage bus stop with 24, 25, 28, 29, 48, 49 and others) Sainsburys is a 5 min walk away. Moulsecombe campus is 10 mins walk, Grand Parade campus is 20 mins walk and city centre is 30.

The room has a double bed, desk+chair, a wardrobe, high ceilings, double glazed bay windows with a nice quiet view of the garden, radiator.

I have a lot of stuff so I bought extra pieces of furniture which I'm happy to get rid of or leave for you for a small fee (bedside table and tall shelf unit for 20£) The landlord provided curtains I didn't like so I borrowed black out curtains from a friend who will sell it for 30£ which is a bargain considering the windows are massive.

All housemates are students age 22-24. They're really nice people, have not had issues with them. One's a bartender and he's great fun, doing Maths in Sussex. One does Science, One's really chilled and does Design, Two of them do engineering; one doing a degree and the other doing a Masters like myself.
