Furnished double room in shared house - short-term

Hello hello! We have a very spacious, bright and beautiful, furnished double room available for a temporary let in our house in the Lewes Road / Elm Grove area. The rent is £130 per week which is inclusive of bills, wifi and council tax. The room would be available from Monday 12 January for 4 weeks. The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawer, curtains and a small desk, and bedding if you need it.
The house is a four-bedroom house with two bathrooms, spacious kitchen and lounge, and garden and you would be sharing with three young workers (two girls and a boy). The house has a lot of natural light, it's been recently refurbished and it's not damp.
We are LGBTQIA+ friendly. Couples and smokers are also welcome.
We are a sociable communal household that shares meals and food and toothpaste, we cook and eat together in the evenings, but we don't insist that you do too. We're looking for someone to take the room asap and can do viewings in the late afternoons/evenings every day. If you have any more questions please get in touch!
