Friendly House Looking For Third Piece, No Agency

Hello there room searches........Room available from February 1st, No agency fees private let.
So to get started I'm Adam and my room-mate is Luke, we have a room available as sadly are third room-mate is leaving us to go travelling. We are both originally from the north but don't be afraid ha.
I am 29yrs a full time music student studying Music and Song writing which I love! More about me, I am in a band, I do yoga and meditation and have a slight movie addiction specially any 80s movie! Breakfast Club, Goonies. I'm a big outdoors fan, hiking, camping etc so if your the same that would be great.....roomate bonding camping trips ha.
Luke works at Brighton hospital as a doctors assistant (fancy I know) he's really laid back, loves computer games, Star Wars and the pub.
We have a good sized double attic room available in a maisonette 10 minute walk from town just off ditching road on hollingbury road. It has a nice view of the gardens, comes with a wardrobe already in and a bed. Looking for male or female, we are gay friendly, vegetarian, vegan friendly.....open minded house!
Now we have a very friendly house going, we like to eat together and cook regular Sunday dinners for each other. Think growing up watching ''Friends'' we've kind of followed that vibe. As we have early starts most days it not a party house, but do enjoy friends over for food and drinks. We like to keep it clean and tidy and share these duties. So we are looking for someone that is looking for a HOME not just a room!! and wants to be friends with their room-mates :).
