Double room in endearing albeit furry house

Small double room available in 2 bedroom house in East Brighton. Large lounge and garden and permit-free parking - hurrah! I know people will look and think oh, Whitehawk, but its really not that bad ;) I'm near the local shops and my house is very sweet (if you like random murals and eccentric cats that lick your elbow. Yes, I have two, so not best suited to allergy sufferers!) I have a veg patch so you can grow your own, a conservatory, and a mini summer house / shack that can be used as a shared creative hub should you be so inclined. If any of those things excite you, we will probably get on. Room comes furnished and at a competitive price. Rent includes all major bills (water, gas & electric) so including council tax and broadband/phone it works out at just over £400 all in. Nearest bus stop is less than 5 mins walk away and gets you to city centre in less than 20 mins. Please only apply if you're happy to shoot the breeze over a cup of tea now and then. I may technically be the landlord, but I'm really looking for a housemate rather than just a 'lodger'. I help manage a small theatre in town, so there are often random props around the house.
