I am looking for a professional to share my AMAZING three bed flat in the beautiful Embassy Court building on the seafront. The flat is a corner flat a few floors up and has a long balcony with views of the sea, a large living room, a nice separate kitchen with washing machine and a bathroom with a shower/bath combo.

The double room is huge and lovely with big windows, a balcony and two built-in wardrobes. Rent is £620/mth plus bills (approx £100/mth).

The building is very secure and has a full-time caretaker, a lift and a service lift for furniture.

The rooms are unfurnished so that you can make them your own. I have furniture for the living room and some kitchen things.

I am an English teacher (secondary school- teenagers!) in my early 30s and I'm looking for a professional who likes watching movies, good coffee, going out to gigs, trawling through secondhand bookstores and sitting on the balcony reading the paper on a sunday to share with me and Fiona, a newly qualified doctor in her late twenties who has the single room.

The deposit is one month's rent and there is a £100 fee for the landlord to add you to the contract and run references. The contract is for six months with option to renew. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who would like to stay awhile and make it their home.
