Double Room Available In Central Brighton!

Hello people!!!

My name is James, I am 26 and I am living with my good friend Hannah, who is 23.
We have 2 rooms available in our house, which is in the sort after Hanover area of Brighton. About 5 mins walk to The Lanes etc

We currently have 2 rooms available. One is a single and one is a double.

The double room is fully furnished. You won't need to bring much at all :)

The property has an awesome communal area and a huge kitchen. Great for general riff raff and some occasional get togethers ;)

The property also has a cool decking area out the back, which will be nice in the summer.

The rent will be £460, plus bills.

The only downside to the property is that the lease is for 6 months only. However, if we all get along well, we have more than enough time to find somewhere else great and continue to live together.

A little bit about us:

We have both recently moved to Brighton. I relocated from Devon, and Hannah from Leeds. Hannah works in PR for Rock/Metal artists. I work as a chef/Food product developer, and I am also a musician. I play drums and also DJ! We both love to socialise regularly. We enjoy cooking and engaging in weird and wonderful conversation; especially at 4am on Sunday mornings!!

We are looking for someone between 20-30 who's chilled out, organised, respectable, clean, and a lot of fun!
