The house comprises of three double bedrooms, one spare single/study room, modern shower room, downstairs toilet, big lounge, modern kitchen with appliances, including washing machine, utility area and a south facing rear garden. We have super fast broadband wi-fi, Virgin media including sky sports. There is ladder access to a huge boarded loft so loads of storage space. Off street parking is free here, with loads of space for parking. 20 minute walk into town centre, bus stop around 5 minutes away, along with local convenience shops.

Currently living in the house are three easy going working professionals and a cat. Our last housemate has decided to go travelling so we have her room available for a house share. A deposit of £413. 58, a months rent in advance will be required, plus references will be needed to submitted to GK Whites estate agents, which was £90 per person when we moved in. The bedroom is £500 p. c. m. with all bills included. The room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is.
