5 bedrooms available in central student house

I live in a 6 bedroom student house in the town centre (3 mins walk from Churchill Square). 5 of the current housemates are final year students and are therefore leaving the house in September. I am looking to stay and 5 others to come join me as I love this house and its central location.
It is a lovely three storey house, with two bedrooms per floor, 2 bathrooms, a lovely living room, a kitchen and a utility room (which includes a washing machine and tumble dryer) so what is not to love.
My name is Tilley, i am 25 years old and will be going into my second year at Brighton uni for Primary School Education. Ideally there would be 5 of you that all want to come together to save filling all the rooms individually but if its close I am sure we can manage something. I am just looking for some fun, easy going (normal) housemates :D who would like to hang out and live in a great house. I basically don't want the hassle of having to move, and I love living so centrally, just off Western Road.
All the rooms are great sizes, some are larger than others and are super spacious, but all easily fit double beds in. The rooms will be unfurnished but hoping that all the sofa's etc in the living room will be left for us to enjoy :D.
The rent is £425 pcm + bills which work out around £25 a month and obviously the wi- fi will already be here set up ready to use (super handy) no one likes waiting weeks for virgin media to sort their lives out haha.
This is an absolute bargain for such a central location, close to the station and you can grab the 25 to both Universities from the bus stop by Waitrose which is less than a minute away.
