Spacious Furnished Room in Shared House

Hi!

I'm leaving my current houseshare with lovely housemates due to health reasons. The house is great, as are the landlady/ landlord couple that run it (quite hard to come by)!

The House:

It's a six bed house and it's the ground floor room. We have a big shared kitchen/ living room, a shower room, a bathroom and a spare toilet.

The Room:

My room has high ceilings and is spacious; it has a single bed and some great furniture - not your usual rental stuff - including a beautiful dresser.

The Housemates:

The house is a mixture of final year undergrads and post-grads (PhDs and Masters). Four at Sussex Uni and one at Brighton Uni. Two girls, three guys aged 22 to 27.

It's not a 24/7 party house but we often have friends round for an evening and have a drink at the local pub.

The ideal new housemate is a post-grad student for taxes purposes!

You can move in from next weekend, the contract ends early August but you could extend it beyond that.
