Urgently need 2 people to complete our houseshare!

THE HOUSE:

We have found a lovely house situated between elm grove and queens park road. It consists of: open plan living/dining room (with a real fire fireplace!) kitchen with plenty of work surface space, really lovely little garden with rear road access for bikes etc and four double bedrooms of varying sizes.

US:

We are Theo and Lou, two working professionals aged 26 and 25 respectively.

Theo is a bearded musician who likes a good bit of Scrabble, loves a good political debate and has no party tricks whatsoever but is very funny. He likes coffee.

Lou is a beardless nanny with a large collection of ill-fitting shoes who enjoys meeting new people, is quite prone to dancing around kitchens and is in-training to become a pavilion gardens bird lady.

We share an interest in a wide range of activities including but not limited to: listening to music, playing music, watching films, climbing trees/buildings, cooking amazing meals together, drinking coffee, drinking beer, drinking wine, attending gigs, reading books, yoga and hysterical laughter.

YOU:

Although we obviously all need our own space and privacy we would really love this house to have a proper friendly vibe, where we can spend time cooking together or watching a film or putting the world to rights over a bottle (or three) of wine.

We're both very sociable and work varied hours so don't necessarily feel the need to keep the house super quiet during the week and are keen to throw many dinner parties but will of course be respectful of each other's schedules.

We'd like to put the holding fee down on the house on Monday 26th of Jan so really are looking to find people over this coming week, it is short notice but hopefully we can meet for a coffee or something stronger and if we click can arrange another viewing of the house before you commit!
