3 Bedroom Flat with 1 bedroom available in Brighton town. On the top floor of a set of flats situated above The Blind Tiger Club in Brighton City center.

Kitchen, Shower, Living areas all communal and would be shared with 2 male housemates.

Rent would be payed through an agency, as you would be taking up my contract.

Transport links to London and surrounding areas exceptionally good with Brighton main station being 5 minutes walk. Inter city transport links are excellent with the city center and Laines being 5 minutes walk away and bus stops to surrounding areas and for Brighton and Hove being 5 minutes also.

The main nightlife ares are 5-10 minutes walk away with all nightclubs being only a short walk. The LGBT scene is just as close with Kemp town being only 5-10 minutes walk also.

The room itself is medium sized with a single bed, wardrobe and plenty of space for personal belongings.

The Tenancy lasts until the beginning of September 2015 but can accommodate shorter stays if necessary and are arranged in advance. No shorter than 6 months.
