Lovely Double Room Available - Brighton

I am currently looking for a like - minded young professional to move into the double room in my flat which I currently rent. Up until now, I was living with my friend but she has decided to move back home for work, hence why I am looking for someone to move in (ideally around the 13th March 2015).

The flat is a good size with a combined lounge and kitchen with modern appliances located about 15 - 20 minutes from Central Brighton. Your bedroom is a good size and can fit a double bed and has a separate small bathroom with en suite toilet and sink. There is also a separate larger bathroom with shower/bath - again modern. The living area is currently fully furnished but you will need to furnish your bedroom.

Rent is currently £1050 combined which means you will pay £525pcm, bills excluded but I currently pay roughly £50 extra which includes internet, electricity and water.

About me - I Graduated from Brighton Uni last year, I am now working full time at recruitment company in Seven Dials. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends, going to the pub and gym (if I'm feeling healthy). I am looking for someone who is also working full time and keen on living a similar lifestyle as me who will become a friend, not just a house mate.
