7 dials house
Hello, I am looking to rent out a smallish double to a nice person in my large edwardian house. I make a £15 plus charge per month for extra heater in the room - there is central heating but in Feb March it might be necessary if you are in all day..
Home space
located just back from 7 dials this 3-4 bed house has a fully equipped ktichen with microwave, dishwasher and clothes machine but no drier. Hi speed wifi and good reception throughout. Hot water is on am/pm timer but if you do need to shower outside these times on occasions there is a boost. OUtside there is a garden gets the sun till 3pm. There is a shared living room but in practice I tend to use it two nights a week from 6-7pm to work but you are welcome around this, my flatmates tend to hang out in kitchen on return from work - can explain more later.. Ideal letting period is 8 months to a year certainly not less than 6 months.
Your room. is fully furnished, draws, shelves, small wardrobe. Room for desk and chair.
An easy going personality would be nice but on the other hand it's great if you can contribute with your bit of the housework as the house is large to run, and with your share of the cleaning stuff for the house.
An outstanding house for the area!!
Near good shops pubs and stuff and about 20 mins walk downhill to the seafront - served by great buses at the dials.
Comfy bed -good showers.
Live with professional - self employed - working hard grabbing food and moments together. as and when
people come and go and shoot the breeze have a coffee or beer. Not really into tv watching, (esp sports!!) or radio listening , peace is something I value. I take the odd weekend away and appreciate the same in return..
Movie watching is great and doing this once a week could be fun.. and a great relaxant for all. Hopefully we will like the same kind of thing Homer, Family `Guy, Wolf Hall, Drama , Nature and Documentaries and world cinema.. have recently enjoyed Selma, Birdman, etc., -Love music, the odd pint of beer, eating relatively healthy.
Its a no smoking house, but not strictly at all times - as if you or my friends come round allow smoking in garden and kitchen but airing is essential after and disposal of ends properly.
Because I am a live in owner I guess the house is kept in good order - the last guy said it had always been good (Previous flatmates have come back to live here again so it can't be bad!) Its my home so its not uncluttered but its kept clean by us , and a great cleaning lady sometimes.
