3 double bedrooms available from August 2015

3 bedrooms available in a 5 bedroom, large house. Situated on Elm Grove.

All bedrooms are doubles. Mixed furniture within the rooms, however they all come with either: Double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair (see pictures).

Large kitchen, with a table and chairs and fancy recliner sofa, unfortunately, there is no living room in the property but kitchen is big enough.

One bathroom, shower facilities and a large bath. One downstairs toilet.
Garden, not very exciting but big enough for a BBQ and sunny in the Summer.

Location wise, it's a 15 minute walk to London Road. 40 minutes on the bus to uni (Falmer campus) in the morning, only around 20 minutes back. Bus stops are over the road. Also, the house is next to a fish and chip shop and also 2 small shops.

We are two female students who will be entering third year. We are studying Midwifery and Mental Health Nursing, so we spend parts of our week on placements, which also means waking up at 530 sometimes, so we're looking for housemates who are respectful of this, this said, when we're available we are up for drinking too much and embarrassing ourselves.

Unfortunately, we're not looking to live with first years. Beyond that, we just like nice people, who are easy going and do their washing up.
