Private caring landlord member of National Landlords Association. In the event that you do not have a UK guarantor then the rent will be paid 6 months in advance.

This spacious furnished house has a modern bright bathroom and kitchen and is in good condition throughout.

The rental is fairly divided with £149 per week(£643pcm) for the top floor, £137 per week (£593pcm)for the double ensuite.£123 per week(£533pcm) for the doubles and £112 per week(483pcm) for the single.

There is a spacious living room with 2 sofas and a dining table and chairs and at the other end of this large room is the kitchen.

The kitchen has 2 fridge freezers, ceramic hob with overhead extractor, modern oven, door to back garden.

There is a very spacious bathroom on the middle floor which houses a cupboard for the washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a downstairs cloakroom.

The house will be presented in good order and all carpets cleaned

Outside is a very sunny patio garden with drying space and place for a bbq and vegetable patch

There is a tumble dryer for wet days.

I am looking for a group who will take care of the house and be mindful of neighbours and who will have a good relationship with myself and know that the property will be attended to should any problems arise.
