Dbl Room for Rent

We have a Dbl room to rent in a large edwardian town hse. The hse features fire places in every room, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room, laundry room, shared living room and a garden. We are a 15 min walk from Brighton main station and a 5-10 min walk from London Rd st. I have a 12yr old daughter who lives with us every other week. she is very cool, street wise and so far hasn't got in the way of any social activities. We all like good music, good food, are booze aficionados and I think nice people to live with. Apart from me I am noisier than my daughter! I look forward to meeting you soon and good luck hse hunting
