Single Room in very friendly house

Hi there!
We are three postgraduates (Guille, Borja and Irene) sharing a house from 1st July 2015!
We are looking for a fourth person to complete our crew!
We are two boys and a girl studying a Master/PhD at Sussex University. We are all friends and very easy-going. The house is really great, it comes completely furnished, very well situated close to Lewes Road (it takes literally three minutes to get to the bus stop and from there town is 10 minutes away and 10-15 minutes to University).
The bedroom is a nice single, with lots of light, bed, desk, shelves, and a wardrobe outside in the corridor so you have more space.
As for the rest of the house, kitchen comes with all the amenities (washing machine, double oven etc.), there are two bathrooms (two showers!) and a very nice garden on the back in which we plan to have lots of bbqs during the summer.
The landlady is a lovely woman, very helpful. You will need to pay a deposit of £450. Rent for this room is £88 pw and it includes water but not the rest of the bills.
We want to keep the house clean and in good condition and we all collaborate to this. We like socialising, sharing meals (specially weekends) and relax but be aware that this is not a party animals house.
I am a vegetarian but the guys are not (although they are very respectful).
