Spacious First Floor Flat

Hi, we are looking for a male or female housemate to move into our spare bedroom that's become available. Sadly our housemate has to leave us and we are looking for someone who can follow in her footsteps!

We're a fun, sociable and outgoing household who enjoy a wide variety of activities including visiting the many great pubs around the local area, watching films (Duke of Yorks is a 5 minute walk down the road) and going out over the weekend.

We like to spend time together during the week in our large open plan kitchen living room but we understand that people need privacy too.

The room is a bright and sunny and is furnished, it has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed is provided although they are optional. I'm afraid we don't have any pictures at the moment as our current housemate is in the middle of packing up her room and has boxes everywhere!

You will be living with 3 other people, two women(English and Spanish) and one man (English) we have varied interests such as music, sport, cooking, films and fashion. We're looking for a housemate that shares similar interests and would help out around the house and not keep themselves to themselves.

The rent is £300 per month and includes utilities and a deposit of £200. The only other costs are for Council Tax and Sky/Broadband but these can be discussed at a later date. There is also a minimum contract length of 6 months.

We've just started our viewings but are looking to get someone in ASAP.
