Looking for someone to take my room in brighton
The house is absolutely fabulous as it was refurbished just before we moved in back in january. The room available is a double on the top floor.
Rent is £450 a month which can be paid to me if you want to avoid registration fees with the estate agents or we can set you up as an official tenant with the estate agents if you would prefer.
The other 4 housemates are absolutely lovely, two girls and two guys, and they enjoy hanging out and going out together. Ideally the new tenant taking my room will want to get to know and spend time with them :)
