Lovely, clean, friendly, large house in Seven Dials, consisting of six fellow housemates. House also has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, large kitchen and garden.

I have been here for over 3 years and can honestly say that I have never had an issue with bathroom access in the morning (if you are wondering after looking at the description), despite almost everyone being 9-5 workers. I am only moving because I’ve decided to live with my better half.

Walking distance to Seven Dials, Queens Road, Central Brighton, and less than four minutes to Brighton Central Train Station. This is a commuter's dream.

Price of room (£637 per calendar month) includes:
- all bills and council tax,
- internet
- SkyTV (sky sports, and all the rom coms you can handle on demand…)
- cleaner twice a week (Mondays and Fridays).

The folks you would be sharing with are a great bunch. Ages vary – from 24 up to 38, but most people are in their late 20’s. Everyone is really nice and friendly.

As mentioned before, the housemates are young professionals. Most work 9-5, but are happy to go out at the weekend, or hang out. Everyone is considerate of others during the week.

At the moment looking for male or female housemate, preferably 25 upwards.

No students. No couples, thanks.

House is non-smoking.
