Large double room in a friendly three bed house

We are two females in our 30s looking for a new housemate to share our lovely home with.

It’s a relaxed and friendly home where we sometimes spend time together but also have our own things going on. A good mix of relaxing in front of the tv, heading out and about, pottering about, or have a quiet night to ourselves in our rooms.

The room available is a large double on the first floor. It’s unfurnished but with some built in wardrobe space. It's a great size with plenty of space for all your bits.

The house is a three bed, mid terraced house between Queen's Park and Kemptown with on street parking and a sunny south-facing garden. The rest of the house is furnished but you're welcome to add any extra bits. Windows are doubled-glazed and there is central heating throughout. We have a washing machine and tumble-dryer as well as a gas cooker and microwave. We have Virgin tv and broadband.

The house is central but far enough away from the madness in a friendly residential area. It’s a 10 minutes walk from the seafront, five minutes to the shops in Kemptown and a 20 minute stroll to the centre of town. On street parking is available with a permit and there is no waiting list, or there are bus stops just a few minutes away. There is also a super-useful corner shop and a great Indian takeaway at the end of the road.

Rent is £450 per month, and with bills it comes to around £570.

The room is available from 1 April.
It will initially be for a six month contract and then rolling contract after that. The letting agent will require a reference and a month's deposit.
