Lovely spacious double room - Central Brighton

Clean spacious, furnished double room located in the heart of Brighton with a 20 minute walk to the sea front.

Location is very idea, walking distances:
> 3-8 minutes from the local co-op, Sainsburys, corner shop, fast food take away places
> 5 Minutes away from London Road Station
> 10 minutes away from London Road shops and The Level
> 20 minute walk away from the sea front

About the house:
> Student house of 7, all will be moving out for the summer but 2, will be staying (aged 20).
> The room is a double room, lock on the door. Desk, hanging space and draws provided. Along with a sink and 2 mirrors.
> Large kitchen fully equipped, with an open plan living space which includes a seating area.
> Patio comes with a large BBQ which guests are welcome to use. Along with outside seating space.

Complimentary:
> Soaps
> Kitchen equipment (pots, pans, plates)

The house is clean and in a safe neighbourhood.

Few things:
The room can be taken by 2 people (double bed). I would not mind if more people stay in the room, although would not recommend it for your own comfort!!

The bills will be split between everyone who is living there. So you pay for what you use as a house. (this will be sorted by me directly and then invoiced to you the tenant)

Open to people staying for a shorter period of time, just drop me a message!

Maximum stay is until the 2nd of September.

Overall, this is an extremely laid back house, close to town and 2 lovely sociable students living here over the summer.
