Spacious very tidy double room

A very spacious, bright, great and modern fully furnished double bedroom available from 23rd April 2021 located just off of London Road, Brighton and opposite The Level.

Planning to rent out my room for 6 months initially, but perhaps extending after that.

You will be within 5 minutes walk from the Lanes, 8 minutes walk from the railway station (going uphill - less walking down :)). Great sized shared/open living and cooking area. It is in a great location for easy access to nights out and also to just chill out and enjoy the lovely Brighton ambiance. You will get plenty of kitchen cupboard space..

I am looking for someone who is happy to enjoy good company sometimes and perhaps chats over the occasional glass of wine, but also likes their own space, come and go as you please and can therefore appreciate that sometimes, I like mine. Must also be fairly easy going cause thats the way I roll myself. Prefer someone who has the same values as me like switching off electrics when not in use and recycling in order to look after our beautiful planet.

You need to be tidy and I really don't want to have to be asking you to clean up after yourself - I like to find clean dishes and cutlery to use and a clean sink free of toothpaste and soap scum etc. I expect you to treat the place like you would expect someone to treat your own......and you need to be happy to run the hoover around and dust if you think it needs it. I do after all :)
