The house is located on the leafy Ditchling Road, just a 10 minute walk to the mainline station, 5 minute walk to the North Laines and 15 minute walk to the sea front. There are many good pubs within walking distance and the Open Market and London Road shopping areas are conveniently only a 5 minute walk from the house.
