Looking for one housemate to share lovely flat

Lovely, cosy room available in Seven Dials area in flat share.
I am moving out to go travelling in March and am looking for a lovely person to live with my housemates for the next 6 months, until the end of tenancy, or longer.

One room available fits a double bed in, is unfurnished but comes with a full wardrobe and built in shelving. Lots of light and decent size.

The flat is in a very convenient spot, 5 minutes from Brighton Station, the North Laine and central Seven Dials, and 10 minutes walk from Churchill Square.

Rent (not including bills): £475 pcm
Council tax: £51 per month per person
Internet: around £7 per month per person

When moving in, a deposit of around £700, agency fee around £200 and first months rent has to be made to the landlord and estate agency.

Current housemates:
Merryn, 29, is a thoughtful, intelligent and lovely lady. PhD student at Brighton Uni doing sustainable design.
Easy going, likes movies, TV, cooking and craft based stuff... playing the guitar on occasion.

Tom, 25, also a lovely and respectful guy who loves food and cooking, and will offer brilliant dinners when you most need it! He is a research scientist at Sussex Uni.

Both are brilliant people to talk to and have been a great pleasure to live with.

They are looking to live with a friendly, considerate and tidy individual who enjoys hanging out as a flat but are respectful of each other's space.
It would be ideal to find a like-minded person who enjoys a good chat, watching movies, cooking together and the occasional pub/bar outing.

It'ÂÂÃï ¿½ �€ÃƒÂ‚à‚™s a stacked townhouse so each bedroom is on a different level, meaning lots of privacy and peace and quiet.

A very spacious yet cosy flat. There' €Ã‚ ™s a large bathroom, loads of communal storage space, a large living room with adjoining kitchen, and a sea view (just about!) Facilities include wifi, a dishwasher, washing machine, huge fridge-freezer, gas cooker.
