room. The kitchen has double oven fridge freezer and microwave.
The second bathroom is on the lower ground floor
with new white bathroom suite and is shared .
The central location is ideal: a quiet street only five minutes from the station and ten minutes walk to the sea.
The house is wi fi and all bills are included. A friendly homely quiet house where we sometimes cook/eat together and share a bottle of wine but enjoy and respect our privacy too. This is not a student party house so would suit a professional who enjoys a calm and relaxing good natured household.
