Room to rent in a lovely 4 bedroom terrace house very spacious and nicely decorated, with a garden and a wooden shed, perfect to store bicycles. Great location very close to Preston Park railway station, near to bus stop and just off Dyke Road with easy access to the A23 and A27. We also have free on street parking close to the house. Down the road there is a post office, a coffee shop, a general store, a doctor surgery, Tesco express, off license, chemist, etc. We're in easy walking distance of Seven dials and Hove Park.

We are 2 women and a 2 men living in the house, most in their 30s, respectful and tidy. We are all friendly and easy going busy people and it doesn't feel like we are 4 housemates as the house is big and has 3 floors. There is also a nice cat. One woman is moving out so we are looking for a friendly professional woman who is house-trained and will respect the shared space by being clean and tidy.

The house benefits from a large living room and a big fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, plenty of storage), Wi-Fi and Sky TV.

The room is a double in the first floor of the house. The furniture in the pic belongs to the tenant so I am afraid you need to bring your own one. If you don't have any we have a spare bed and some furniture you could use.

Smoking in the garden is okay.

Reference & 1 month deposit required. Not agency fees unless you want to be included in the contract. £550 per month, Bills inc.
