Double room, in friendly creative household.
Sharing house with two females, both working. One working at Sussex University, in department of Psychology; the other is an actress from Italy, studying English here in UK and working p/time

4 story house with new kitchen, wood floors throughout, newly refurbished and decorated.
Great location, friendly street/area, close to kemptown village with cafe's etc., few minutes walk to Queens Park, and aprox. 8 minutes walk to sea.

I am the house owner, I'm a pianist and composer, involved in Latin Jazz, and contemporary world music, i stay in my partners house most of the time nearby, and use the self contained basement in house as a studio / workspace as and when I need, although currently sharing this with a colleague who is a film maker...

It's a friendly peaceful household, we might share a meal and glass of wine sometimes, and we are respectful of each others space and routines and need for peace and quiet.
