Double room short let in family home in nice area.
This is a Short term let for approximately 3 months. I am a single parent and have a small double furnished/unfurnished (to suit) room to let in my family home with my two children and cat. The house is on a very nice road close to bus routes into town and Preston Park station in walking distance. There are local shops, pubs and parks nearby. We are a relaxed fairly quiet household and you take us as you find us. There is permit parking on the street and free parking over the road. Sorry no DHSS. My one stipulation is that you are genuinely interested in children and if so we will be pleased to meet you.
