Looking for new housemate
Hi, we are looking for a new housemate as one has moved away for work.
A little about the place:
The house is in the Patcham area of Brighton and is within a 5 minute walk of a Sainsburys local and the 5B bus stop, meaning town is about 15 mins away by bus.
The house has the following amenities: Washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, treadmill, basic cable / Tivo, storage for bikes, off street parking, dining room, reasonable size lounge, modern kitchen, one bathroom and one additional separate toilet.
There is a gym in the garage that housemates are welcome to use.
There are two of us that currently share the house, we are both professionals.
We're both friendly and pretty chilled out, that said, we do like to go out at the weekend.
It is probably worth mentioning there is a cat (Keith) that lives in the house, he is no trouble at all.
We are looking for professional people, age range 23-35 who are easy-going and relaxed, but also fairly tidy.
The room is available now, one month's rent as deposit plus one month in advance.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
