BIG Double Room Available in Seven Dials 2-Bed

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in a lovely seven dials 2 bedroom flat.

The bedroom that is free is very spacious, light and airy, big enough for your own sofa and desk if you want. It is unfurnished but there is a bed & mattress here that can stay, or the landlady can take it away.

There is a good sized living room with fire escape (I like to pretend it's a balcony) that has sea views!

Separate kitchen, one bathroom with bath and shower.

Exactly 6 minutes walk, downhill, to the train station! Really good location, close to town, 10 minutes to the laines...

Not through an agency so no annoying fees/stress. I've lived here a year and any issues have been sorted fairly quickly.

***Key things:

The flat is unfurnished but i've pretty much got everything for it, you'll only really need to furnish your room. If you have an amazing sofa though, please consider bringing it! mine's rubbish!

Parking requires a permit, waiting list could be anywhere between 3 and 6 months! You can check this with the council, it's zone Y.

Bills come to about £100 - 115 a month depending on gas & electric. Bills are NOT included in the £575! So you'll need £675 - 700 a month to cover rent and bills.

This = Water, council tax, gas, electric, broadband.

Looking for someone chilled out! Tidy but not stressy! Someone who has their own thing going on but wants to live somewhere homely and stress free.

I'd prefer a lady or a gay man! I know this is specific, but there we have it! I would also prefer a veggie or pescetarian, just because the smell of meat makes me want to vom.

Other than that, I promise I'm extremely chilled out.

I can do viewings weeknights from 6 and weekends generally, although am away 8th - 13th Sep.
